Synexar Private Preview — Confidentiality Terms

These terms govern your access to the Synexar private preview. By accepting them and by viewing any part of the preview, you agree to be bound by them.

1. What the preview is

The private preview contains confidential, pre-release product and technology information that is proprietary to Synexar (“Confidential Information”). It is shared with you personally, through a link unique to you, so that you can evaluate Synexar.

2. Permitted use

You may use the preview only to evaluate Synexar. You may not use it for any other purpose.

3. Confidentiality

You will keep your personal link and the preview content confidential. You will not forward your link or otherwise provide access to anyone else. You will discuss the preview only with Synexar or with people Synexar has separately authorized in writing.

4. No recording or copying

You will not record, photograph, screenshot, screen-capture, download, copy, publish, or redistribute any part of the preview, by any means, in whole or in part.

5. No competing use

You will not use the preview, or any information you learn from it, to reproduce Synexar’s product, workflows, or functionality, or to develop or improve a competing product or service.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in and to the preview and the Confidential Information remains solely with Synexar. Nothing in these terms grants you any license or right in it, except the limited permission to view it for evaluation as described above.

7. Access is conditional and may be revoked

These commitments are a condition of your access. Synexar may revoke your access at any time, including if these terms are not followed.

8. Record of acceptance

Your acceptance is recorded with your identity, the date and time, the preview identifier, and the terms version, as a record for both you and Synexar.

9. Governing terms

These are the complete confidentiality terms referenced at the point of acceptance. This agreement is governed by Texas law.
